We move fast so your books can, too. Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment clears. You’ll receive tracking the moment your order heads out.

Raw comics: polybag + fresh acid‑free board, secured inside a rigid mailer or double‑walled box
Graded slabs: extra bubble wrap + rigid hard‑shell protection
High‑value items (slabs, signatures, original art): upgraded padding and insurance included

Every order is packed with the same care we use for our own collections.

✨ Condition Guarantee

Unless otherwise noted, all raw comics are 9.2 or better. We inspect every book before it leaves our hands.

🌍 International Orders

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or taxes required by their country.

Delivery times vary by region and customs processing. Most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks.

📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, email service@darkcloudcomics.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.

For lost packages, check tracking first — many delays are caused by carrier scan issues. Insured shipments qualify for carrier claims, and we’ll handle the process for you.

🚫 Non‑Delivery Due to Incorrect Address

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If a package is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for reshipment costs.
